A brand refresh for Zillow Premier Agent email communications, incorporating a fresh content strategy and a new look. Despite limited development support, we successfully differentiated the monthly newsletter within our broader brand expression using design elements including illustrated gifs and extended color palettes. This effort led to a remarkable 97% increase in CTOR (Click-to-Open Rate) and a 54% boost in open rates.
